My name is Haylee Kristen, a Seasonal Wellness Guide for folks ready to embody their own preventative medicine.

We have everything we need at our fingertips. Our bodies, foods, breath and senses are our ways in and out of balance. It is simply knowing what to use when! The roadmap to balance is in nature. When we can see how the 5 elements are at play in our world, we can also recognize how they are at play in our bodies. This is the bigger picture that our healthcare system forgets - we are empowered when we are able to see the whole picture and then decide what aspects of western medicine we want to engage with. My coaching is rooted in the practice of Ayurveda - The oldest medical system from India that gave our world the roadmap to all of our health practices today.
What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is an ancient Indian system of healing that translates to “the science of life.” At its core, Ayurveda teaches that everything is made up of a unique combination of five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. To maintain harmony, Ayurveda focuses on balancing these elements within each individual. This balance is achieved through the three pillars of health: Food: Nourishment tailored to your unique needs. Sleep: Restorative practices to support renewal. Energy Management: Movement and routines to sustain vitality. Ayurveda reminds us that we ARE nature—constantly digesting everything we come into contact with, from food to experiences. Using the tools of Ayurveda, we can build a healthy, dynamic relationship with the world through our five senses. Ayurveda is a lifelong journey of learning, balance, and healing.

My mission is to provide accessible tools and education so that you can be an active agent in your healthcare. I empower folks to live a long, vibrant life with tools that come from their body & their kitchen.

My vision is a world that freely integrates holistic modalities in the mainstream healthcare system AND uplifts the cultures that have been impacted from the commodification of their practices. I am dreaming of a world that exists outside of capitalistic greed and is centered on people and their needs, wants and desires.

Bio.
Haylee Warner Blakely empowers people to take charge of their well-being using simple, everyday tools. From the spices in your kitchen to the breath you take, she believes wellness starts with understanding what works for your unique needs. She has seen anxiety turn into grounded creativity with simple, effective changes to routine, diet, and lifestyle. With certifications in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Holistic Health Counseling, and Mindfulness Meditation, Haylee combines Ayurveda, creative practices, and a trauma-sensitive approach to make wellness accessible for all. When she’s not teaching or learning, you’ll find her dancing, painting, or playing with her pup. Since moving to Atlanta in 2023, Haylee has been teaching Social, Emotional, and Ethical (SEE) Learning, equipping students with practical tools for resilience and compassion.
