1:1 Holistic Health Guidance
Rooted in Trauma-informed Somatics (the body) Ayurveda (life-science)
This is a journey to remember what your body already knows.
A Truth: Your body is wise, and healing doesn’t have to start with a purchase. It starts with paying attention.
We’ve been taught to think that getting sick means something is broken — and that the fix must come from outside: a supplement, a prescription, a crystal, a cleanse. But what if healing isn’t about fixing at all? What if it’s about reconnecting?
Through our time together, we’ll take a look at what’s already working for you — and explore simple, grounded ways to support what’s out of balance.
This isn’t about rejecting medicine. It’s about widening the lens. When we understand the patterns of nature, we can begin to understand our own. Our breath, food, senses, and daily rhythms — these are some of our most powerful tools. It’s just about knowing what to use when.
Ayurveda offers a beautiful framework for this. It’s an ancient system from India that helps us see how the five elements shape our health and our lives. Together, we’ll draw on somatic practices, herbalism, and compassionate accountability to help you step into a more intuitive and aligned way of being.

This work is about becoming your own best resource.
It’s not about doing everything “right.” (Spoiler: there’s no such thing.)
It’s about building a relationship with the seasons, your body, your rhythms, your life — one that feels doable, sustainable, and adaptable.
You already know the basics: supportive foods, movement, rest, ritual. What’s hard is understanding our individual relationship with them. We all ebb and flow — that’s human. And that’s why compassionate accountability is part of this work, too.
My Vision
A world where people feel confident making decisions about their own care.
Where holistic practices are integrated into healthcare — without gatekeeping or gimmicks.
Where ancient wisdom is honored at the source, not sold back to us in bite-size trends.
Where healing is community care, not commodity.
I’m still learning what it looks like to live that vision in the world we’re in.
I’d be honored to explore it with you.
